Welcome to the Fund for Investigative Journalism's online portal for applying for grants and fellowships for investigative projects. We are dedicated to supporting journalists and promoting investigative reporting around the world. If you prefer to discuss your query over the phone, kindly mention it in your email, and we will arrange a call with a representative who can assist you further. We encourage you to reach out to us before the application deadline; we are more than happy to provide any necessary support.

Once the application deadline has passed, the Board of Directors will review and vote on all eligible proposals. We understand the importance of timely communication, and therefore, approximately six weeks after the deadline, you will receive an email notifying you of the board's decision regarding your application. However, if you have requested an expedited review and it has been granted, you will receive the board's decision within approximately two weeks.
