How to develop empathy


Empathy is a skill that can be learned and developed. Here are some tips for developing empathy:


Pay attention to your own emotions:** The first step to developing empathy is to be aware of your own emotions. When you are aware of how you are feeling, you are better able to understand how others are feeling.


Listen to others without judgment: When you are listening to someone, try to really listen to what they are saying and feeling. Don't interrupt or judge them.
